Plaor, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of social media network CrowdGather, Inc. has received exclusive social casino rights for certain games licensed from developer Multicommerce Game Studio, making it the first social casino partner to be accepted.

Plaor has licensed two video slot games from Multicommerce, the first of which – The Power of Zeus – is expected to launch in July on social and mobile platforms.

Multicommerce Game Studio is a game design studio with more than 10 years of experience in the global gaming industry focused on video slot content, Class II and bingo games.

“We are pursuing an aggressive strategy focused on augmenting our proprietary games with exclusive licenses for leading video slot content,” said Richard Corredera, COO at Plaor.

“Our relationship with Multicommerce Game Studio is an important part of our efforts to build a portfolio of licensed video slot games for our Mega Fame Casino & Slots.”

Plaor, Inc. has also launched in its Mega Fame Casino & Slots asset the first two licensed video slot titles from North Carolina-based developer Grover Gaming, Inc. – Searing Sevens and Reel Fruity.

Mega Fame Casino & Slots is a social casino on Facebook, iOS, and Android. Users can play more than a dozen unique slot themes, four types of Hold’em poker, video poker, along with the innovative MegaFame Blvd.

The social casino features more than 300 celebrities and offers weekly celebrity tournaments.

Based on Plaor’s unaudited financial statements and without the benefit of marketing and advertising resources CrowdGather will provide, Mega Fame Casino & Slots currently has more than 20,000 daily active users and generates approximately $1 million in annualised revenues.

Plaor also has content supply agreements with Chicago-based 2by2 Gaming, which has delivered titles like Waltzing Wilds, Swirling Sands, Wild Birthday Blast and Cosmic Invaders.
