Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie fails in age restriction measures

The Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie (NLO) has fallen foul of the country’s gaming authority Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) for failures in age restriction measures.

The KSA said statistical research had shown that minors had participated in games of chance offered by the NLO deeming measures preventing minors from play are insufficient.

According to the KSA it will monitor additional measures undertaken by the NLO.
