Playtech BT sports launch MatchAcca for retail

Playtech BGT Sports (PBS) has launched its new MatchAcca tool in anticipation of the climax of the football season and the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

The tool will be available to retail customers for use on Playtech’s self-service betting terminals (SSBTs) and will enable the punter more control in creating their own bet by combining several selections within the same match without having to wait for trader approvals.

John Pettit, Managing Director for UK, Ireland, Asia, and Australia at Playtech BGT Sports, said: “MatchAcca is revolutionary for the retail space. We’ve delivered a product which once again brings the best of online betting into the shop, and we’re sure it will appeal to new and existing retail bettors alike.

In related news, Playtech has named former UKGC senior manager Richard Bayliss as Regulatory Compliance Manager.

In his new role Richard will play a key part in leading the direction of Playtech’s responsible gambling initiatives.
