PlayUP’s acqusition of Betmakers close to completion

Gaming platform provider Play Up Ltd. has paid a further $750,000 towards its acquisition of The Betmakers Holdings Ltd and associated betting platforms, TopBetta and MadBookie.

The final payment of $1,000,000 is expected to be processed by January 29, the company said.

“PlayUp is a strong, growing brand that has made several key acquisitions in 2018, including TopBetta and MadBookie,” PlayUp CEO Daniel Simic, commented.

“The decision was made to delay payment until all terms were fully satisfied and we look forward to completing the transaction and closing the deal within the coming days.”
