Reorganisation for gambling commission

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) is undergoing organisational restructuring in a bid to improve policy and strategy formulation which will result in a separation of the Commission’s licensing and compliance functions effective from 1 March 2011.
The Directorate for Licensing & Strategy will be headed up by Michael Ellen with a team of three officers who will handle licensing, complaints, special investigations and suitability investigations amongst others.
Jorn Stark will oversee The Directorate Compliance comprising a team of eight deputy directors, assistant directors and officers. The compliance team will manage ICS and EGE approval, inspections, change control, monitoring and policy.
Both directors will report to the AGCC’s executive director, Andre Wilsenach.
