Surrey CCC signs commercial partnership with Unibet

Surrey County Cricket Club (Surrey CCC) has agreed a commercial deal with Unibet naming the gaming firm its official betting partner for the 2017 season.
Surrey CCC and Unibet plan to entertain fans with social media initiatives along with the provision of online betting from the club’s Kia Oval cricket ground.
Charlie Hodgson, Surrey CCC commercial director, said: “They [Unibet] are well known for their fantastic use of social media and we’re all excited to get to work together, helping grow the support of Surrey CCC and to create entertaining content for all our fans to enjoy.”
“Cricket remains a popular sport on which to bet, and the considerable exposure that Surrey and the Kia Oval receive over the summer will ensure the Unibet brand resonates with those who enjoy a wager on the sport, while it also enables our ever-growing social media followers and content teams access to some great content,” added Sam Mead, head of marketing for Unibet UK.
