Vernons and Littlewoods Gaming switch to Playtech

The UK publicly listed gambling group Sportech issued its Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 July 2011 to date this week, noting that the diverse group is trading in line with expectations for the full year and continues to generate strong cash flows in the second half.

The report focuses in part on the e-gaming operations of the group, noting that the transfer to Playtech gaming software for several of its products is currently underway at recently launched sites Vernons.com and Littlewoods Gaming.com, with the migration of customers to the new platforms scheduled to take place over the next two weeks.
