Will Hill completes disposal of Australia business

In a regulatory announcement Monday, William Hill PLC confirmed completion of the disposal of its Australian business to CrownBet Holdings Pty Ltd after receiving regulatory approvals from the Foreign Investment Review Board and the Northern Territory Racing Commission.
