yes my payout check finally arrived today as scheduled. my total winnings of $840.00 from only a deposit of 35.00. cool cat is a great casino they treated me very fair and the staff very polite and always responed to my emails and questions that i had during my withdrawl process, they can take up tp 6 weeks to actually get your payout. if you treat them kind and be patient you will get your money thank you cool cat very happy indeed

I won 2500 June 6th of 2012, I was skeptical at first whether or not I would get paid, the process was slow and I had to be really patient, but they did pay me:) I received a check for 2383 less the 117 that I used from the bonus, but that was ok… they did pay! I was lucky enough to win another jackpot for 3090 the end of june, and that payment is still pending. I can only hope that I receive payment for that one also, so at this point I have nothing but good things to say about coolcat…… I will keep you updated if anything changes. Good Luck all!!

this is a warning to those who trust their credit cards to cool cats when you deposit , thhey with hold an outoutstanding balance but charge the amount you placed wich can leae you with many non sufficiet funds in your acct..for example you deposit 30.00 they withhold between $197.00 to $282.00 like if you are reserving a room in a hotel kinda thing.

They let you win big time on their bonus, however when you attempt to cash some of it in, they have a hundred different reasons you can not. Every time you prove they are wrong, they just move on to the next reason, prove them wrong, and so on, and so on, and so on.

And you can bet REAL money if you put your money in the cage you will lose it before your coffee is cold.

I won 550 dollars playing slots using one of there bonus coupons . that didnt have a limite on how much you can with draw. well i put in my request well here is what there live help told me .

Wanted to let everyone know that I requested 2 payouts on the same day (Tuesday, April 24th 2012) and got the tracking number today and schedule delivery is no later than May 21st. If you are patient and treat their customer service people how you would expect to be treated then you will get paid. Thanks to Dan and the staff at Cool Cat. The second payment is scheduled for pickup at logistics center this friday with a delivery of next wed/thur.

Yeah! Awesome! Check came today , $1,500.00 it was 2 separte withdrawals from 3/23 and 3/25.It was off hold on 4/3/2012 which was a 7 day wait for my paperwork.then on 4/18 it went to be processed and because of week long Holy week there it took a little longer..Check was printed on 4/24/2012 had on my door yesterday 4/26/2012…So with a week off for there Holy week 4/5/ 2012 to 4/11/2012 it was 19 days total.. just put check in bank….Thank you Tom! After reading several comments on the internet concerning Cool Cat Casino, I am becoming very worried that I will not recieve the payout that I requested on 4/21/12! I will try to make the story as short a possible without leaving out important details. On 4/20/12, I made a $35 dollar deposit to my account without using coupons/promo codes. I eventually won approx. $4000 dollars. Atfer canceling my withdrawal request a few times in order to keep playing, I made my final payout request for $4000 dollars on 4/21/2 @ approx. 1130pm. In the meantime, I decided to play slots and I made a total of 6 deposits, using coupons. I didn't win anything, but still had a payout pending od $4000 dollars. Payout requests take 7-10 days to be approved and today is day 7 and I haven't hear anything yet. My concern is, after reading several postings, it seems that this casino will not pay you ANYTHING if you continue to play using coupons while you have a payout pending!!!! WTF…..how is this right? I DID NOT win the money using the casino's money, so why would I not be entitled to money I won using my own funds? If they take the money I received using coupons, I still don't think that is right, but I could deal with that better than them STEALING all of my winnings. Like I said, this is just day 7, but I inticipate a problem soon from Cool Cat Casino. If they steal my money, I will blast them all over the net and NEVER play there again. You absoutley can not win at this casino. They sucker you in for the first few times. Then they change the rules and if you deposit 200 dollars you have to wager 30000 dollars. I think that this website is a ripoff. I played my money fair and square and won and it has been over a month and have yet to recieve my money back that I won. eash time I call i get a differnet response and I am quite irritated. i want the money that I won on this site and want it now. Now they say it will be 10-15 days from the date that it was approved and it took 15 days or more to get it approved to begin with. then i requested overnight payment and that is apparently not an option and unfortunately they are not able to remove it from the website.

Made deposit, with bonus code. My banking account is now frozen, and I have no answers why; except I was told to reboot my computer! I wish I never opened this door because: the betting/winning ratio is horrendous, and the live chat person I dealt with seemed air headed! I had the fun sucked out of this experience due to how crazy the amount you bet is 18 times more than the winning "bet" amount, and then the live chat person who seemed to lazy or tired to read and follow the chat conversation. Now I have to wait two hours in order to call my bank, and then the BBB because it is not normal for a banking account to seize after making a "purchase", unless they suspect fraud!!! I will never be back, nor will I recommend to family or friends, but maybe someone who needs to be screwed with in a way these online casinos seem to enjoy to. AND YES DAMN NEAR ALL ONLINE CASINOS HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS, so it does not matter which one is highly recommended because when it comes down to us "no body's" we will always play the role of the victim and will always find something wrong to complain about. You have to wait up to 4 weeks for your money, that's right, but I think, they offer the best bonuses of all !!!

Total crap casino. I was lured in with their bonuses. I have deposited over $600 in this casino and used the toocool200 bonus. It says no rules apply so I assumed that is exactly as it meant. I then made a withdrawal for $1,750 only to have it taken from my account stating a manager withdrew it and my account was completely closed. I tried contacting Cindy at her email address but she never responded. Refund my original deposits, send me my original withdrawal or I will find a way to get my money back.

Oh yes, I did get my pay out that was suppose to be $200 and ended up with $110. I have not asked why, I don't care anymore. This casino is not a place I plan to visit as I too was denied a no play through coupon code. I have deleted them from my computer and told them to please quit calling me with their bonuses, especially since I am no longer able to use them. Here again is the response I got on the no play through coupon bonus

Do not play at cool cat…..First of all they are not licensed, and they are not monitored by any gaming commission. I found that every declined transaction that i had….The funds actually came out of my checking account. Especially if you choose the express deposit option….It might say declined, but the money comes off your debit card! Believe me .

I have a whole list of declined transactions right on my bank statement. I have been complaining about this for days, and they come up with all kinds of excuses!!! Very dangerous place to play….It says play at your own risk because they are not monitored by a gaming commission.

I asked for a mere $200 pay out on Aug 19 and am still waiting. They are sticking to their guns about the time it takes to process-what's wrong here? It has been approved but the last time i emailed them they said "it takes up to 20 days from the approval date -it has only been 11 days". Are you kidding me???? Other casinos take a matter of a few days. I certainly will be deleting this casino if they ever do pay me. I also asked for a wire transfer-it says Minimum $200 on the withdrawal screen-they told me on the phone it will be by western union or money gram because the minimum is $500 for wire transfer. Cool Cat Casino is a total fraud when it comes to withdrawals. At best, they are playing the float game with your money by delaying your withdrawal request 30 days or more and changing the rules as they go. At worst, it is a big Ponzi scheme, using new deposits to pay old withdrawals. I really am starting to believe they don'tg pay at all unless you keep buggng them.

Requested a 310 dollar payout 20th july and it has taken many many days.It staes on there withdrawal page now that payouts take 7 – 10 days from the request date well they denied the payout on the 27th july then they rerequested it just to argue that it was me even though the time of the new request was 24 seconds later. After many many on line chats to rude support staff I finally spoke to Laura who was very good and helped as much as she could. But still no payment 38 days later. I emailed Cindy and BAM money in my account the next day. I did threaten them with writting to all payment gateways to lodge a complaint about shonky dealings and they have now closed my account but I have my money and there are a lot of other casions out there to play at. Obviously they were worried about lodging complaints at the gateways no othere reason to close the account from there end. Yes it takes a long time (over 30 days) but Cindy Greco kept me informed of progress. It is very important to read ALL Terms and conditions before playing any casino. I tried to settle this with Cindy and CoolCat Casino, but to no avail.
I registered real money account at Cool Cat with no problem whatsoever (even though i am not supposed to be able to do that because i am from Croatia).
Several days later i received an email, on my .hr domain email (if i am not allowed to play for money or take bonuses why did they send it to me).
I supposed something has changed in their policy and went to play. I met all playthrough requirements, and their software said i can withdraw $100, so i go to cashier and applied for a withdraw. No messages there to suggest i cannot withdraw (and supposedly, you should block those who are not allowed to play, right?).
But at that time problems occured. They say I am not allowed to withdraw, hell, that i am not allowed to play even though THEY invited me to play!
Even at the time i exchanged emails with Cindy Greco I was receiving more offers from CoolCat Casino!
One would think that their terms and conditions are outdated since players from Yugoslavia are not allowed to play (let me remind you as i reminded them: Yugoslavia does not exist for more then a decade now).

All i wanted is $100 i earned after THEY invited me to play and gave me promotional code.
I am just lucky i did not deposit any of my money, since i would not be able to withdraw it even though i would be able to deposit it!

They screwed me for $100, but i am writing this to stop them from cheating on others. Don`t go and play in CoolCat Casino, because they will find a way to cheat.

I am sorry i had to write this, but i tried to settle it with them. $100 would not be a big prize to pay if you have people who works for you but they do not know their own rules.

Imagine the situation where someone invites you to their restaurant for a meal, telling you it`s free, but when you finish it, they say you must pay because some ancient rules apply. Never mind they invited you!

I do not like when someone takes me for a fool, and CoolCat Casino did just that. Don`t let them make you a fool too.

I am still ready to forgive them if they pay what i earned and to never mention CoolCat Casino again. It is up to them to choose what they wanna be. It is up to them to admit to their flaws and to rectify them so a thing like this never happen again.

The reason that it takes some time to get your money, isn't because these casinos are trying to rip people off….they aren't. They actually have good games, and awesome bonuses…you just have to be smart about the bonuses that you use, and stick to the no restriction bonus that doesn't have a playthrough amount, or a max cash out. The customer service reps can only do so much to get your money to you if you are a player in the US. It takes a while because they have to be creative regarding how they get your money back to you….thanks to the Bush administration in 2006 online gaming regulation changed that limits their options and resources for paying US players their winnings. So if you want to play, you should play expecting the additional time to get your money….and try not to blame and yell at the people who really are trying to help you out. Those poor customer service people probably get yelled at all day by us spoiled US players that are used to people giving us what we want when we want it. Anybody who has ever worked in a call center, knows how awesome it is to get yelled at all day. Imagine having a job where you actually get to give people money, instead of trying to take their money……and the people still yell at you and tell you that you are not doing your job right….when you are trying to give them money. Just a thought. We should actually be thankful that there are even online casinos that still accept US players…as there are only a handful now. I know it is hard to wait for your money, and sometimes a little scary because you aren't sure if you will get it….but try as best as you can to be patient. It may take a minute, and it may come in split amounts…..but you will get your money…..I did.

This casino is total scam. They sent me an email with a bonus, i followed all the rules, made the playthrough and asked for a withdrawal according to their rules ($100 even though i had over $200). I am talking to the live support and they are telling me i cannot withdraw my money, although casino software show everything is ok. The other reason, according to them, is my country. Ridiculous! So, for my deposits it is good and my withdrawals it`s not???
When i told them it was highly unprofessional, they said i should try and send authentication form to their payouts dept.
I will do that now and post any updates if they come to their (professional) senses.

While I have won at this casino I to was victim of the so called bonus rules. Now I pay very close attention to what it says and only play the no play through bonus's which helps keep them at bay in excuses. There used to be a women named Claudia or Cindy and when they took charge you received your money the next day. Where are they now???? I won money and it was exactly 10 days for it to be approved. I got a personal call telling me my check was sent out by fed-ex and verifying the address. I have never had a problem with customer service. Sometimes you get back what you give out. I am always nice to them and they are in turn nice to me. I will let you know if the check doesn't come, but I think it will. I ALWAYS check to make sure that I have met all of my playthrough requirements. They are the only casino at play at and I see no reason to change that. Sorry if you all have had problems, but I haven't (yet!?). Good luck!

I have playing a Cool Cat for months and am so disappointed with it's customer service. Every time I have felt as though I have won fair and square there is always some loophole. If you get a free chip, meet th requirements and cash out..,,,the only way you can ever increase those winnings is to have the check sent to you (which takes WEEKS) Even if you win more it'll never be yours. It makes sense to me that after you meet the requirements that cash is yours..,,but not to them. I won over 90,000 and it was not until I tried to cash out that I was told the code I used didn't allow me to cash out that much. I never use coupons with that kind of a stipulation and would never have played it that high. I still insist that the bonus did not have that type of rule. Even the email that I located did not state that and it was for 1st time players…,,,,everybody knows you cannot use a first time player bonus if it is not your first time. I was then offered a settlement whic was 3 weeks agao and I haven't received that either. Now Cool Cat has placed 2500.00 back into my pending withdrawals and no one knows where that came from. I think they are anticipating me playing it back and then I get NOTHING!! All I ask is for clear, concise rules, honesty, no trickery and faster payouts. Why does it take almost a month to get payed whereas that can remove funds from your credit cards in nano minutes. I don't think I will get paid..,,,I've learned my lesson. Serious gamblers don't like games that are not featured in the casino.

I contacted Cool Cat chat support on several occacions, and the answer was always the same "it will paid early to mid next week". After that next week passed and I came into chat, the representative told me they are restricted by payment processor. And that again it will be paid early to mid next week.

I requested a payout of $500 on 3/22/11. I asked for it to be processed via bank wire. On 3/28 when my payout was approved, I was told over the phone that cool cat was unable to process via bank wire and that a check was being mailed out. I was also told to expect my winnings 7-10 business days from the date the payout was approved.
I have been in contact with cool cat many, many times since the approval of my withdrawal. I have been told various things…. that it was still pending approval, that I should expect it next week then again next week etc. It is now 5/16/11 and I STILL haven't received my check. Once I finally sent two emails threatening to take legal action someone responded to me (5 days later). Apparently it was mailed out over the weekend and I was told to contact the billing department Monday or Tuesday for a tracking number. It is Monday so I contacted them only to be told that they wouldn't have my tracking number until the end of the week!!!
I am furious…. if it was really already mailed via fedex I BETTER have it before the end of the week!!

I have been playing at coolcat and won $750 which was approved on 3/11. The casino guidelines state 7-10 business days for approval and an additional 7-10 business days to receive the money once its been approved…that is a total of 20 business days. If my calculations are correct, i should have received it on the 25th. However, no check. I did the online chat thing numerous times and for some reason they all tell me 10-20 business days for approval and another 10-20 business for payout. I told them to change their online policy to state this. I don't get it….they expect us to follow the rules but they don't follow it themselves! It is now April 1st and I contacted their Acctg department earlier this week who keeps telling me every day this week that they sent it out for processing and just waiting on a tracking number…well how long does it take to get a tracking number. The last I check that it only takes minutes to fill out the shipping form and obtain a tracking number!

Please don't waste your time here. There are plenty of reputable casinos online. I won $600 and requested a withdrawl. Then they sent me a $50 "free" chip. When I activated the "free" chip, my maximum withdrawl became $100 and the other $500 was forfeited. Now, I get the "It will be mailed out by the end of next week" chat. They will even tell you that your request was just updated.
This place is nothing more than a joke — why else do the give such large bonuses?

Do not play at this casino. I have had the worst experience. First, they don't answer emails….oh, you'll get an automated response, but no answer after that, especially if you are asking about a withdrawl. Then I tried calling them. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. The customer service rep that answered was extremely rude and talked over me several times so it was difficult to get out my question. I finally asked for a manager and that didn't go well either. I tried to withdraw since 1/12 and still have not gotten my winnings. I'm so frustrated with this gambling site. I have played at alot of on-line casinos. However, this casino has been the worst. I played just a little to check it out. Deposited very little money. But, everytime I logged back into the casino, there were extra funds in my account, which I suppose was considered bonus money or money that required a certain amunt of wagering, which was ok because this wa supposed to be a new casino and I was just checking out. I played at one of their "Affilliates" and never quite trusted them. If you play a game, and you decide to switch do a different game, then your your funds go back into your bank, and you have to redepoit into each game you play. You MUST have a minimum of $5.00 to deposit into a game to play, so if you have $4.50 and want to move to a different game, tough luck. They will keep your money, or you will have to re-deposit more funds, or you could ask them why you can't play since you still have $4.50, and that is when they will tell you, you must have a minimum of $5.00 to play, oh, but they have a few quarters laying around, so they will add that to your account. That must be at least a $500.00 wager requirement for that $.50. I recently had not played at this casino for months, however, one of their silictors actually called me on the telephone and we had a very lengthy conversation regarding the promotion he was offering, which was was just make a deposit, and they would give me an additional 50 percent, and since I was not redeeming a coupon, or bonus, I could keep my money if I won. If I lost my money, at that time, I could visit the cashier and request 50% insurance, which meant they would deposit half of the money I had wagered back into my account, and if I requested that, then there would be wagering requirements. So, unfortunately, I did deposit funds, I won, and they denied my withdrwal request, due to my previous coupon redemptions, etc. And when I have tried to contact them via e-mail and have tried to explain what their solicitor advised me, they have totally ignored every e-mail I have sent to them. Thankfully, I was at least smart enough to make a very, very small deposit. If you play at this casino, you will vever be able to withdraw any winnings, or affiliates. Be very careful

Then…on 11/13 was told by DINO all my winnings were void due to not obeying the rules (had cashed in 2 chips AFTER the deposit/withdrawal), then 11/30 was told be Steve my withdrawal was being processed. You will notice a Mr. Davis and a Steve on this site to contact to expedite this for you. I did that and was just turned over to a Stephanie, who talks so fast you can hardly understand her and gives me the same run around ie. so much requests for withdrawals, can't control third party that sends the checks, etc. I was told 10 days ago that the check would be sent next week. This week I am told that due to the holiday, it wouldn't be sent this week. Hopefully, next week. It is now over a month since my withdrawal was approved. Once that is sent (if ever). OK people this is how this casino works. Be sure to read all of their rules in advance and follow them. I won 4000 on Aug 28th. Today is October 28th and the first check they sent me for 1500 has finally cleared and I have the cash. I will received my next check tomorrow for 1200 and in another month my third for 1200. The process is long and it is frustrating but there is light at the end of the tunnel if you play within their guidelines. I can only see it as a blessing I turned 30 dollars into 4000. I legitametly won $1000 on Cool Cat Casino and I kept getting meesages I must submit an authorization form for 1 more credit card. I would submit my info for the particular card and the next day they would claim I still need submit for yet another card. It's amazing how simple it easy it is to make a deposit, yet when it comes to withdrawing Cool Cat is a bunch of crooks ! I have had several on line casinos who pay quickly and timely; Cool Cat obviously tries to do anything and everything not to have to pay the customers and to keep you spending. STAY AWAY !!

I received 1500.00 today. It came UPS, impressive. I am still due $2240.00…. I just want this done. I won this money and requested payout on August 28th. This is September 29th. I appreciate the fact that I have received some of it…… all of it would be better. I will probably get it all just don't know when and that isn't a way to do business.

Won $1500 after meeting playthrough requirements. requested withdrawl at end of August. Was told the 1500 was approved for withdrawl and check would be sent by 9/22. Ha! what a joke…Called today and was told there was a delay due to volume of requests. Tried to get more info via chat and was told i was only approved for $500…This casino is a scam!!! I have been told several lies…I won this money fair and square and am being scammed out of it. When i asked about the other $1000 i was told it was cancelled. they didnt even put it in my account. Do not play here!!!

I take that last comment which was positive back. I won 3800.00 and requested payout on August 30th. Here it is September 24th and I still have not received one dollar! AND Mr Davis just threatens to cancel my winnings and close my account if I don't follow their "guidelines". I won fair and square and this is too much money to ignore. Enough is enough. If you want to get your hopes up and have months of frustrations play at Cool Cat because that is what you will get.
