Swedish interactive fan engagement platform 123on and eSports professional player Team Dignitas have partnered up to enable the team to increase its international reach and improve revenues.

Team Dignitas is one of the world’s major eSports teams qualified to play the ESL One Cologne Major this weekend with their CS:GO lineup. 16 CS:GO teams are competing over the biggest share of the ESL One $1,000,000 prize pool.

The team has several line-ups in various games such as CS:GO, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone and FIFA, among others, including more than 35 professional players.

Michael O’Dell, the owner and manager of Team Dignitas, said in a statement Wednesday:

“123on is really simple to use and we can drive revenue for the team by reaching out and engaging with our fans where we today spend money over and over again.”

Founded and led by Mikael Jansson, Uppsala-based 123on is an interactive mobile platform created to maximise fan engagement. It offers exclusive content in short video format, live broadcasts, chat and messaging to enable globally distributed fans to keep up to date with their favourite teams and players.
