Sara M, a special education teacher, won a $115 803 jackpot whilst staying in for the night and gambling online. “My mates wanted me to go out with them but I just somehow felt more like staying in that night,” said the winner.
“Part of me did want to go out but in the end I’m sure glad I just made myself a drink and settled in for a night playing slots instead of going clubbing!”
The party ended up at Sara’s place anyway when she texted the good news to her friends.
“My friends sometimes make fun of me when I’d rather play slots than go out but after that incredible night I don’t think I’ll be getting teased quite so much!” she said this week.
