Blackjack backfire on Twitch

British newspapers over the weekend entertained their readers with vid from a Twitch feed which showed a young player losing it over an expensive hand of live dealer blackjack, watched by an online audience of 40,000 Twitchers.

The gambler, identified as Chance ‘Sodapoppin’ Morris, lost $5,000 on the hand, triggering his OTT reaction after he initially drew an ace, followed by a five and a jack, whereupon the dealer drew two sixes. With only a face card between him and defeat, the tension grew as the dealer turned over another six to win the hand.
