Contagious Gaming – Sportech deadline extended

Sportech has applied for an extension with regard to Contagious Gaming’s takeover bid with the UK Panel on Takeovers and Mergers.

As the initial deadline expires, talks will continue to the extended October 9 2015 deadline.
