Expensive January for NetEnt

It’s been an expensive start to the year for online gambling games provider NetEnt, whose progressive slots have received a hammering from three lucky punters, resulting in multi-million Euro pay-outs (see previous reports).

On Friday, January 15, a Finnish player in his 40s won Euro 3.4 million at Paf.com by betting just Euro 4 on NetEnt’s popular Mega Fortune Dreams.

Two days later, on January 17, a Casumo player from the UK scooped nearly Euro 2.7 million on NetEnt’s Mega Fortune.

Then, on January 19, the lucky jackpot baton was passed on to VeraJohn where a Norwegian player bet Euro 0.4 and scooped Euro 1.6 million on NetEnt’s Hall of Gods.

A NetEnt spokesman revealed Monday that the company’s games have throughout the years paid out more than Euro 250 million, turning 55 players from ten countries into overnight millionaires.
