Game Lounge acquires SEO specialist

Cherry affiliate subsidiary Game Lounge has acquired the assets of search engine optimisation (SEO) specialist TodaysWeb for a SEK 14 million (approximately GBP 1,163,712) consideration.
TodaysWeb comprises around 1,500 websites, certain tools and services within the field of SEO and a team holding unique SEO competence, the company said.
“The timing of the acquisition is perfect as we are currently in a strong growth phase,” Jonas Cederholm, CEO of Game Lounge commented. “We have previously announced our ambition to entering new verticals and this acquisition will accelerate our plans. I look forward to welcome ten new members to the Game Lounge team.”
