GameAccount Network delivers record first quarter

GameAccount Network has reported record trading during its first quarter 2013 driven by new product launches in Italy’s regulated internet gaming market and mobile gaming in various European markets.

The company said Italian online casino games grew by 170 percent in terms of gross gaming revenue while active players grew by 273 percent compared to the same period last year.

Mobile operations also delivered a strong performance with the firm reporting growth of 204 percent in handle from real money mobile games, a 33 percent increase on the average wager on a mobile device and yield per active player day on mobile devices growing by 47 percent compared to the last quarter of 2012.

Martin Smith, GameAccount Network’s Chief Games Officer observed, “In the current quarter, our mobile games development team will deliver our first two HTML5 mobile casino table games, designed to complement the growing suite of downloadable gaming Apps.

“GameAccount Network’s investment in mobile gaming has delivered strong results for our operator clients with average wager sizes on mobile devices approaching those of long-standing Adobe Flash client applications coupled with strong incremental customer acquisition.”
