GTECH S.p.A has acquired the entire interest held by UniCredit in the Italian Gratta e Vinci (Scratch & Win) licensee, Lotterie Nazionali S.r.l., raising its direct and indirect interest in the company from 51.5 percent to 64 percent.
The cost of the acquisition was around Euro 72 million.
