LGA updates on Everleaf Gaming

News on 1 Feb 2013

The Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA) has posted an advisory concerning outstanding funds owed by Everleaf Gaming to its registered players.

The LGA said it has been actively following and monitoring Everleaf Gaming, the holder of a LGA remote gaming licence, and claims that the majority of players have been paid in accordance with the Remote Gaming Regulations.

The year-long saga saw Everleaf Gaming, a small network comprising a number of mainly anonymous skins, accused of slow-pay behaviour and leaving US players in particular in the lurch.

Everleaf withdrew from the US market after a Homeland Security warning to cease and desist, preceded by an enforcement raid on the Causash processor resulted in the loss of an unknown amount of Everleaf funds .

Everleaf Gaming is reportedly updating the LGA on a regular basis on the progress of payment processing of the remaining legitimate claims.

The authority urges players who have complaints against Everleaf Gaming to communicate with its Player Support Department at complaints@lga.org.mt
