MGA suspend Random Games Ltd license

Random Games Limited has had its Class 1 on 4 remote gaming license suspended and is reportedly under investigation by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) for unspecified reasons.

The company has been ordered to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease new player registrations, suspend all transactions on all websites (including deposits and withdrawals), and submit data and documentation requested by the Authority.

In addition, the MGA advised Random Games Limited websites, or associates, which make reference to the authority or the suspended MGA license MGA/CL1/6702010 are not approved to be operational.

Players are urged to contact the MGA at support.mga@mga.org.mt regarding outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned license with the following information:

Name and Surname;
Registered Address;
Date of Birth;
Copy of Passport or ID Card;
Telephone Number;
Description of Product i.e. casino or sportsbook;
User Name; and
Screenshot of Balance or any pending Cash Outs (if not available an estimated balance is to be submitted).

The Authority notifies that no further information shall be released at this stage in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the Authority and/or any other competent authority and furthermore fails to identify affected websites, platforms or operators.

Random Games Limited had not yet responded to a request for comment at the time of publishing.
