New movie comedy features a home casino

Judging by the recently released trailer, a new movie titled The House and starring comedians Amy Poehler and Will Ferrell should provide plenty of gambling-related laughs.

The plot is all about a husband and wife who start an illegal casino in their home in order to finance their daughter’s further education. It comes from the creative minds of Neighbours writers Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien, and is directed by Cohen – his first film as the man in charge.
