Paddy Power Betfair reports completion of FanDuel deal

Paddy Power Betfair confirmed Wednesday that the previously announced combination of its US business Betfair US with FanDuel on 23 May 2018, completed on 10 July 2018.
The new company will be called FanDuel Group Inc, and will operate a portfolio of leading brands including FanDuel, TVG, Betfair Casino and DRAFT.
PPB owns 61 percent of FanDuel Group, with existing FanDuel investors owning 39 percent.
