Pennsylvania lottery goes online

News on 5 Jun 2018

The Pennsylvania Lottery has moved into the online sector, in partnership with Scientific Games, with the launch of its PA iLottery offering interactive games for the desktop, tablet and mobile channels.

PA iLottery will initially offer titles including Big Money SLINGO®, Bigfoot, Cash Buster Towers, Cash in the Lamp, Crossword Cash, Foxin’ Wins, Monster Wins, Robin Hood, Super Cash Buster, Super Gems, and Volcano Eruption but excludes draw games, Fast Play games or Scratch-Offs sold at Pennsylvania Lottery retailers.

“PA iLottery games are a fun, new way to play and win from home or while on the go,” Lottery Executive Director, Drew Svitko, said. “iLottery is a big part of our effort to meet our players where they already are while generating new funds to benefit older Pennsylvanians.”

Players must be 18 and over, be physically present in the State and register an account.  PA iLottery also offers a range of responsible gambling measures including player-controlled time limits, deposit limits and spend limits.  In addition, players can take a “cool-off” break of up to 30 days, or self-exclude entirely for one year or five years.

All proceeds from The Pennsylvania Lottery are channeled into programs that benefit older residents.
