Playtech appoints former Betfair director

Former Betfair group operations director Ian Chuter has been appointed as a strategic advisor to Playtech.

Chuter’s remit focuses on sports betting, gaming,  mergers and acquisitions.

Chuter left Betfair earlier this year having spent around five years with the company.

Prior to Betfair, he served as group head of operations and group director of operations – UK and Europe at William Hill PLC.
