RGA release good practice guidelines

The Remote Gambling Association (RGA) has published a set of guidelines whose primary focus lies with providing a safer gambling environment for customers.

The guidelines, based on the latest research into Behavioural Analytics, were developed by RGA members and other stakeholders.

The paper covers areas such as operator policies, markers of harm, customer interactions, recording and reporting, staff training and evaluation.
