Tipp24 in search of new CFO

Andreas Keil, chief financial officer of Tipp24 SE has resigned from his position for personal reasons.

Keil and Tipp24 have signed a contract termination agreement that will see him assist the company until September 30, 2014 to ensure a smooth transition.

“We sincerely regret that Andreas Keil has decided to step down from the Executive Board of Tipp24 SE,” said Andreas de Maizière, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 SE.  “Over the past 16 months, he has not only performed his duties as CFO but also displayed great expertise in steering the company’s complex relocation process. On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I wish him all the best for the future.”
