Vermont the 12th state to legalise DFS

Vermont Governor, Phil Scott, has signed bill S 136 legalizing and regulating daily fantasy sports, the twelfth U.S. State to do so.
“We look forward to continuing to work with Governor Scott’s team, Attorney General Donovan and members of the legislature on a final, comprehensive regulatory and tax structure,” a joint statement from DFS giants FanDuel and DraftKings said.
Vermont joins New York, Tennessee, Colorado, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Maryland, Indiana and Virginia.
