William Hill completes MRG acquisition

William Hill has announced the completion of its acquisition of Mr Green (MRG) with the purchase of the remaining 1,913,266 outstanding shares valued at SEK69 each.

An offer document is expected to be made public shortly before the commencement of the acceptance period, with settlement expected to begin around January 17, 2019, the company said.
