Support team is unwilling to resolve queries despite of 109’s of complaints raised.
My withdrawal was not executed yet despite of complete kyc done and funds were transferred to same bank account in One day in my last withdrawal, and now they need 10 days to transfer funds to same account in my second withdrawal.
Casino is deliberately delaying my withdrawal.
Have been playing there for a few months and really have nothing to complaint about. They have lots of games and customers service is helpful as it should be. Bonus is not great but cashable and my withdrawals have been processed in a timely manner. great so far
