This casino offers bonuses and matching deposits. I won almost $4000 from my initial deposit of $1500. They refused to pay when I tried to withdraw my initial deposit. They claimed that I had accepted a “matching deposit” from them and forced me to “playthrough” because they claimed I accepted their offer. I was told that I had to keep playing up to and including $84,000 before I met their playthrough requirement. When I complained they imposed a self-exclusion on me at their will even though I did not ask to be self excluded. They kept my initial deposit of $1500 cash and also my winnings of $2500 and said I was excluded for 6 months. Keep your money and avoid Jackpot City at all cost.

I have made 3 withdrawals in total I received the first amount back in 2021 and have never received the funds for the last 2 due to “no evidence of owning the debit card and no proof of ID”. This has been sent in multiply times by myself and my bank. If this was the case where did my proof of ID and account number proof go from when I withdrew the first amount? All evidence I have submitted since gets rejected because they cannot read the PDF or JPEG evidence – which it is clear to read.

I won 600 on December 21st. As it was taking so long I ended up reversing 300. I still have not received my funds. I have chatted multiple times with online agents with no success. I made a deposit 1 month ago, showed it came out of my bank account and received etransfer confirmation but there was an error on the site so it didn’t get deposited to my account. I chatted with support right away and they said there was an issue with etransfer but the money should be returning to my bank account in a few days. The support person even said they see my deposit got rejected. A few days pass, nothing returned to my account. I contact support again and they say to submit a trace. I submit a trace and don’t hear back, I then contact support AGAIN and they said they didn’t receive anything, submit again. I submit again and also email them but they require the CA number which the bank can help me with. I contact my bank and they can’t provide CA number. It’s now been a whole month and still no return and now they aren’t replying to my emails.

Also, each and every time I contact support, I check the box to email me the chat transcript and guess what….no chat transcript sent! So I never have proof that I contacted them so many times and each time support telling me they see the rejected pay and that all I need to do is submit a trace.

They let you deposit, win withdrawal then the magic happens.. you deposit and your money goes “missing”.
Its not pending at your bank, you provide the etransfer information. That want a CA number which only exsist for deposits into your account its an H reference number for transfers to them. They ask you to provide this list of information from your bank which you do and then they tell you it’s not enough. It’s a cycle that never ends. 3 wks so far countless hours on hold with customer service, you do the deposit trace as requested twice. Wait many days for a reply only to be told they want more. It’s exhausting. You get to the point where you give up and they win. Sneaky way of padding the books with your money. I feel very scammed certainly and would worry about anyone else attempting to play. I wouldn’t do it go to sports interaction they are great. Replies are fast and they don’t steal your money.. win win.
I’ve responded to every request provide every bit of information possible. They have to be able to see the deposit with the reference from the bank.. so if they reply it should only be sorry I’ll give your money back.. no more nonsense.

I used to enjoy JackpotCity but since they moved to an Ontario location I have had nothing but problems. At the moment I have a game that I can’t close running in my account so I can’t use any other games. I have tried the live chat on several occasions trying to get this problem solved but they don’t have Tier 2 support and I am tired of being told to empty my cache and change my browser. They don’t have a clue when you are using a Mac instead of a PC. I didn’t have any problems getting my winnings once I changed to an automatic deposit so I didn’t have to wait for their passwords.

Back 2018 I’d played in this casino and made a winning of $1000 but I didn’t receive my winning, the chat support my winning is confiscated. I withdrew just over 1800 on a Wednesday night, was told to submit documents 3 days later, then it came back to the account because apparently the third party declined it … It was through e-transfer. So I asked the rep what the heck happened, and she said change the e-transfer preferred email… Which I did on a Monday…. Everyday I had discussed it with the reps for an update… Kept getting told everthing is good and approved. Next Monday comes and it’s back to my account. I rewithdrew it and escalated it and within 4 days, I saw it was pending.. I got told everything casino approved it and waiting to be released within 24-48 hours… Low and behold it was returned back. I won over 60k in mid Nov. 2021 and haven’t received a penny to date now mid Feb. 2022. They wanted me to prove my money was on the up and up I provided years of employment income and large sale legal complete documents as soon as they asked. Now all I get is we are busy but will contact me when they have anything to tell me. I’ve contacted them many times a week and said just about everything under the moon to get paid. Nothing just my asking, begging, pleading and outright fury cut short with there’s nothing we can do but wait. I asked for my chat transcripts and received only 4 out of close to a hundred. They assure me that’s all of them. Even though I had about 10 saved on my phone which I showed to them and they still insist there was only 4 live chats. They closed my account on top of that for minimum 6 months saying I requested it, self exclusion. I did no such thing.
