Additional verification procedures for Spanish operators

Spanish regulator Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) published a draft resolution Monday strengthening identity verification, data reporting and responsible gambling measures.

The draft proposal requires additional controls and processes in the regulator’s continued efforts to combat fraudulent behaviour and money laundering as well as modifications to reporting processes and  strengthening of responsible gambling measures.
