Betfair latest to exit Polish market

Betfair is the latest operator to disengage from the Polish market ahead of the imminent implementation of the country’s new gambling regime on April 1, 2017.

Betfair joins Pinnacle, EnergyBet, Bet365 and William Hill who regard the amended Polish Gambling Act’s 12 percent tax on sports betting turnover as unviable.
