Daily fantasy sports study bill launched in Iowa

The Iowa House of Representative’s Ways and Means Committee is considering a House Study Bill – HSB 52 – just introduced by chairman Guy Van der Linden to examine the intrastate legalisation of daily fantasy sports:
“An Act relating to fantasy sports contests, providing for a tax, making an appropriation, making penalties applicable, and including implementation provisions.”
