FIFA World Cup advertising deal for Bet at Home

Online bookmaker Bet-at-home.com will receive widespread exposure via LED advertising at the five qualifying matches played by the German National Soccer Team at FIFA’s World Cup 2014 in an agreement signed with sports marketing agency Kentaro.

Kentaro holds the enviable position as the marketing partner of all Germany’s qualifying group opponents – Sweden, Faroe Islands, Austria, Kazakhstan and Ireland.  It offers sponsors advertising opportunities through the country’s state-owned free-to-air-broadcasters ARD and ZDF.

Kentaro’s chief executive Philipp Grothe said: “It is a hugely persuasive opportunity to be able to secure such a significant advertising presence at the Germany away games, which are traditionally the most important qualifiers. We are delighted to welcome bet-at-home.com as our first partner.”

“To be able to sponsor the away games of the Germany national team is a very important opportunity for an international company such as bet-at-home.com,” added Jochen Dickinger, chairman of Bet-At-Home.
