Hans Fajerson, 20.2 percent share holder of Mr Green & Co has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect to focus on other projects.
Mr Green & Co AB’s Board now comprises chairman Tommy Trollborg, co-founder Henrik Bergquist and Per Norman, following Fajerson’s departure.
