MGA distances itself from numerous online operations

News on 19 Jan 2019

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has distanced itself from sunny-casino.net, lucky-casino.co, white-casino.net and malta-casino.com saying it has no connection with these operators and any reference to the MGA are false and misleading.

Two of the operators, White-Casino and Sunny-Casino are listed as being operated by MT SuperPlay Limited with ownership by SuperPlay Limited.  The other two, lucky-casino and malta-casino, are listed as being owned by TEM Group Ltd.

All four of these operations appear to be owned/operated by the same outfit with almost identical layout and the same 18-game selection from NetEnt, including Gonzo’s Quest, Sparks, Jimi Hendrix, Koi Princess and Guns ’n Roses and two table games European Roulette and Blackjack.

Sunny-casino claims MGA Licensing under MGA/CD3/457/2013 and MGA/CD3/353/2013,  UK Gambling Commission licensing under 309655-R-139458-007 and AAMS licensing (no reference provided) – all appear to be non-existent.

Sunny Casino’s terms and conditions offer additional license numbers LGA/CL1/192/2004 and LGA/CL3/192/2009 listed by other numerous online gambling operators including Casino-Super.net and  Malta-Casino.com.

White-Casino claims Malta licensing under MGA/CL1/457/2014 and MGA/CL1/295/2014 as well as under UK Gambling Commission license 309575-R-139439-007.

Malta-Casino and Lucky-casino both claim Malta licensing under LGA/CL1/183/2007, LGA/CL1/770/20010, LGA/CL1/770/2011, and LGA/CL1/796/2011.

All four operators offer Russian, English and Polish language options.
