MGA moves implementation of regulations to August 1, 2018

The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has postponed the implementation of a new legal framework to August 1, 2018 following receipt of a detailed opinion from a Member State and the European Commission in relation to the draft Gaming Authorisation Regulations.
In the lead up to the implementation of the new regulations, the Maltese Government and the MGA said they will review and assess recommendations made by the European Commission and the Member States.
