Online gambling bust in Vietnam

Đà Nẵng police have bust an online gambling ring and detained thirteen suspects comprising seven Chinese nationals and six Vietnamese.

The operation was supported by mostly Chinese punters, Police said, and involved bets of around VND5 Billion (US$272,000) placed through websites 6u2q.cn, tyc345.cc and xilefucai.com.

Eleven passports, 99 mobile phones and twenty-seven laptops were seized from two residential houses.
