PAGCOR to license live dealer casino suppliers

PAGCOR will require live studio production facilities streaming live dealer casino games to electronic gaming sites of electronic gaming system (EGS) service providers be accredited and authorised under the authority’s Permit to Possess (PTP) certificate.

Data/Content Streaming Providers will be subject to accreditation application and processing fees, valid for a one year, of PhP250,000 (GBP 3,424) per annum.  Annual renewals will also cost PhP250,000.

The fee for a twelve month Permit to Possess (PTP), and annual renewals, will be PhP 1 Million (GBP 13,696).

Fees of PhP 100,000 (GBP 1,369) will be charged for additional or transfer of an operating site to a building other than that of the existing site, and PhP 75,000 (GBP 1,027) for additional or transfer of operating sites to a building with an existing operating site.

Other requirements include certification from an independent gaming laboratory that supports internet protocol blocking of Philippine IP addresses.

Interested parties are able to download the application documents and other relevant information from PAGCOR’s regulatory website.

The PAGCOR advisory warned EGS service providers are prohibited from dealing with data/content streaming providers who have not been accredited by PAGCOR under the PTP certificate.
