Rank Group appoint O’Reilly as CEO

O’Reilly brings over two decades of industry experience to the table, Rank said, most recently serving as a non-executive director on the William Hill Board and as chairman of digital design and development business, Grand Parade Limited.  Prior to these, he has held various senior positions in the industry including managing director of Coral Interactive and an executive director at Ladbrokes.

O’Reilly will resign his non-executive directorship on the William Hill board where he also chaired the Transformation Oversight Committee.

In related news, Alan Morgan was appointed Retail Managing Director and will join the Board from May 7, 2018.

“I am also delighted that Alan is joining the board as Executive Director. With his in-depth understanding of our business, I am confident he will contribute significantly to the future development of Rank,” Burke said.
