Yggdrasil inks content deal with Mr Green Casino

The Swedish online gambling software and games developer Yggdrasil Gaming, has signed a deal that will see it provide its entire content portfolio to online casino operator Mr Green.
The Swedish provider specialises in slots and lottery games and will provide Mr Green with its full suite of 25 games products as well as its rapidly expanding roadmap of new offerings.
Yggdrasil’s portfolio contains a variety of popular casino games including new fast high-roller video slot Winterberries, its highly established Jokerizer slot that is currently being adapted to mobile, as well as Lotto7, a unique daily lottery draw and progressive game where players play for a Euro 2.5 million prize.
The deal was signed Wednesday at the annual ICE Totally Gaming exhibition.
Fredrik Elmqvist, chief executive of Yggdrasil Gaming, said: “Mr Green has been a market leader since it launched in 2008 and continuously provides new ideas for site design and marketing. Their player friendly casino always provides elegant solutions making them one of the strongest consumer brands in the iGaming market so we are very excited to have them on board.
“This deal is the first of many that we have planned for 2014.”
Andy Braithwaite, head of casino at Mr Green, added: “Yggdrasil have been on our radar for some time now and are producing some of the industry’s most interesting games, so it was only natural that we wanted to partner with them. We can’t wait to offer our players games from their roadmap.”
