Scientific Games Corporation-owned Bally Technologies, Inc (formerly SHFL Entertainment) has won a dismissal of a patent infringement lawsuit brought against it by Table Max dating back to 2009. Bally Technologies challenged the validity of Table Max’s U.S. Patent Nos. 5,688,174, 6,921,337, 7,201,661 and 7,575,512 which related to devices and methods for electronic table games.
