I have played at Aladdin’s Gold Casino for several years and I really enjoyed the games and the customer service. But the last couple of months it seems there has been a change in customer service. I had technical issues with one of their games and lost money. When I reported this, I was treated like a liar. The first time I just let it go because I really liked playing, but the second time I was treated badly, I told them that I was going to let everyone I could know about their service. After over 6 years of being a loyal customer and spending more money than I want to admit, you would think I would of been treated better. The game was Rudolph’s Revenge, and it stopped recording my winning, and it would also keep stopping and starting again after each spin. I just had problems with this game. I was told that they didn’t see any problems with the game. The guy told me this without even bothering to look into it. So it seems they are starting to act like the next “Mighty Slots”.

After the novelty wears off at this place there isn’t much to love. The games are pretty good and the bounses are just O.K. but I had some issues with payouts and deposits. Also, claiming the bonuses was a bit tough sometimes and I spent hours trying to talk to their support staff.

If they could ever get the payouts sorted out this would be a great casino. It’s a shame because it has everything else going for it. I’m gonna keep playing here and see if this casino gets better but not sure for how much longer.

Aladdins Gold Casino is a top-notch game casino consisting of many of my favorite games.
The menu is easy to work with and the graphics are very pleasing to the eye.
This casino makes it very easy to quickly sign up and make continual deposits.
NOW, if you are lucky enough to make a little money and you request a payout – well, may the good Lord help you 'cause you just sat on a hornet's nest!
They tell you, IN GENERAL TERMS, where you make a credit card deposit, of the 4 identification items you must scan and send as email attachments to cashier for identity purposes and I am all for that.
HOWEVER, when you try to do that, what you submit is NEVER good enough for them to accept, thereby, allowing them to process a payout and get it in to mail to you. They like to do a "tag team" number on you where a new player keeps coming in and changing things to give you more work to do. Always something wrong with one of the documents you send in as an attachment in an email, they make new requirements after you meet old ones and keep telling you new things you must do every time you correct what they previously told you is wrong and re-submit it. After many back-and-forths of this frustrating game they played with me, I just quit.
Yes, I had FINALLY earned a payout for $525 and then the fun and games for them started as I simply could not furnish the needed identity information in ever-changing modes to meet their satisfaction for payout.
I finally told them to keep the $525 I was owed as it was obvious that they would never qualify me for my payout.
I'm going back to BOVADA which is honest and fast with payouts – pure honesty and quick payouts is the rule for that Casino – NO HASSLES ! I left them (temporarily) as Aladdyns Gold had several games I like which BOVADA did not.
I learned a hard lesson. Aladdyns Gold got about $1,500 of my money and I was owed a payout of $525 which they were certain not to make. This, by them, was a very bad business decision as they would have, in the long run, made a great deal more from me than the $525 I simply told them to keep after they did their tag-team number on me to the point I was worn out submitting very fine, very legible documents to them just as they told me to. They certainly have a very short-term outlook on building and KEEPING customers. I congratulate them on keeping my $525 payout – suckers. If they had but paid, they would have made so much more in a long-term, honest, customer-satisfaction based relationship with me.
If you decide to try out Aladdins Gold, you will enjoy the experience thoroughly unless you ever have opportunity to request a payout.

I put in for a withdraw on 090912 and they processed it on 091112, so I called on friday of that same week and was promised that I would get my money on the following tuesday 091812 and I was instructed to call on monday 091712 to confirm this. I called on monday and then I was told to wait until 091812 and call again. I just called, as instructed and was told that now it will take until friday 092112. Aladdins gold is stalling and doesn't want to pay me, why? I do not know. On the websited it states under cashier that it takes 5 days to get to me. It also states "We pride ourselves on making fast payments" yet they do not make fast payments they stall and keep your money until they get off of their lazy ass and process it. I am not sure what is going on with this casino and why they want to keep my money. They charge 5% to process the withdraw and still make us wait until they feel like processing the withdraw. This happened to me before and after 3-5 weeks of waiting for my money, the money was returned to my account. Aladdins gold should be blacklisted like a few of the other casinos due to lying on the website and to let people know that they are slow payers and really do not care about the people who play and put money on their casino. I feel that they DO NOT abide by the fair gaming rules and their words and actions prove that they are not what the web states. Aladdins gold customer service leave a lot to be desired: When called they will say anything to keep a player in limbo again until they feel like procecssing the money. Additionally when I called today they said I don't have a pending withdraw yet I received an email from them stating that I have put in for a withdraw, it is bad casinos like this that make it bad for all online gambling. I know that I am just one player and I do not count and they don't care. I have now blocked my account, because I do not wish to listen to their lies anymore.

Hi, can anyone tell me how to completely delete the files from Alladin from my computer. Tried add/remove programs but the files are hidden in the App/Data folder. I can see them when the virus checker scans but when I go to the folder the Data/App folder the "betonsoft" files are not there. This is a sizable download any help is appreciated, thanks

I have played at Aladdins and Club World Casinos for over 10 years and have spent many thousands of dollars – Cashing in only now and then for small amounts.. They have been horrible about payouts this past year and now currently have me waiting over a month for a measely $950.00 – how stupid is that??? In my gaming chat room I interact daily with over a 1000 players and some of them are very heavy players – not like me.. they are quickly moving to other casinos such as FreeSpin, etc. BEWARE OF Aladdins and ClubWorld – they will tell you over and over – the same "ACH Processor having problems" song and they don't forward your withdrawal.. Over a month now!!! And certainly have lost this loyal player…

worst casino ever 3 times I sent my ID and they still said it wasn't clear enough even although I have sent it in exactly the same way to another casino and it was fine, so I haven't been able to withdraw my winnings, they are ROBBERS and CHARLETONS KEEP WELL AWAY!!

After 6 weeks, I am still waiting for my payouts. Customer service had really gone downhill. They kept telling me "just wait few more days", my goodness it has been 6 weeks and I'm still getting the same response from them.

Finally I have gotten some word on my money. I was returned to the casino and I thought I would never see it again. I put it in for withdraw again and let us see if I get it this time. They have stated that the ACH problems have been corrected at this time.

Ihave been playing at Aladdins Gold for a couple of years. I have spent thousands of dollars in the past several months and haven't hit anything that was cashable. I keep asking them if they are on the black list because I feel like they are totally taking my money. Their reply is it is all about luck. They keep apeasing me with bonus chips knowing I'm not going to hit. I think they are taking me to the cleaners. I don't know why I keep going back. I'm going to delete them and take my losses

I have been waiting over 3 weeks and still have not receive any payouts. Also their customer service and cashiers are just ignoring my email request to research where my fund is. I'm considering disputes, they had no problems taking my money and but have so much problems when comes to paying me. Only if I knew I would have requested a check instead of ACH. The ACH transactions DO NOT take weeks to process.

The casino doesn't pay. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for payment and have received nothing. I have emailed them and get a bunch of lame excuses, ie We are backlogged or we are having problems with ACH. They don't care about loyal customers who have spent lots of money. I am sure that they are feeding me a lot of crap. If they were to mail me a check it would have been here by now. The customer service section will tell you anything (including lies), this casino used to be one of the best and now they are one of the worst. They are not trustworthy and have tried to regain my confidence by offering me special deals that I would not take. I hate this casino and hope nobody plays on anymore. Even if they paid me off right now I would not use this casino again for it is a rip off.
