The casino does not reply to complaints and the Regulator does not do anything.
It is a great casino as long as you lose money but when you win and need to pay out and do verification stuff things get bad.
The casino is not reachable via their phone/mail/Live Chat, so no one does know how to solve issues with them. You can try that yourself at the moment (since 1/12/2021 no contact options)
