I made a deposit on 8 December and it was not credited to my account. I was given the run around and first told there’s nothing they can do I must wait. Then I was told to contact the payment provider Easyeft trying to shift the blame to them. After providing proof of payment it was confirmed that I must be refunded by Spin247 but I still haven’t received my refund. Support doesn’t reply to emails either. I have referred many people to Spin247 but I regret it now. This casino has the potential to be one of the best but sadly they are letting themselves down now by messing with people’s money

They try give you the run around when you attempt to withdrawal in hopes you decide to play more of your money. When chatting with live agents they constantly repeat the same process of “Your account details are incorrect. ” Yet I literally went through all of my details yesterday and today when I submitted them there, again, were incorrect details. When told to quit giving me the run around the messages are referred to as “typos” unprofessional and not worth spending your money. I have not received my winnings. I’m guessing I have to join the line of 2 month waiting lists……

Hi. My withdrawal was processed on 01/09/2020. Were supposed to receive within 10-12 working days. On 17/09/2020. Technical error with all payments of that day apparently. Reprocess again on 17/09/2020. Will receive with 10 working days. Still nothing. No payment received. Have send my bank statement from date 17/09/2020. Now agents telling me I must wait until banking team reviews my statement. This is not right. Is it only a certain amount that gets paid out. Now no one offers to help. I withdrew my winnings on 24 August 2020 , sent them all the documentation they requested and on 3rd September 2020 i received confirmation that the withdrawal has been processed and I will receive it in 1-4 business days depending on my bank. I withdrew my funds and did get them however… I had to speak to 3 agents and the 3rd one told me my date of birth was incorrect however I know for a fact it was correct and took ages to get it sorted out and no other agent said so previously. Once it was dealt with i did get my withdrawal withing about 3 business days.
