Good day on sunday 6 june 2021 I played the slots for the first time I made a withdrawal of my winnings and I am aware that it takes 2 to 3 working days to pay out I sent an email to.follow up.on payment no response I would like to know when payment would reflect as I look forward to playing again but would first like to see if payments will be made

Imagine sending 10 emails to support over a 3 month duration and getting Zero response, then imagine seeing that you can send a formal complaint to a diffrent email address which will issue you a receipt of complaint log and still no receipt or response!
Then The ‘ 247 live chat’ is actually NOT 247 as they are not available for half the day and the half of the day when they are available you get put it a queue of 7th place in queue!
The live chat has no way of attaching a file or uploading a document which is ridiculous.
And all of this trouble Im going through to get my own money refunded to me.

I made a deposit of $25 approximately April 15,2021 and have yet to receive any moneys. I had won that same day as I had made a 500 withdrawal and provided Government I.D.and Passport and Bank Statement and still have had no correspondence from anyone or heard anything back from Spin 247 since.

I have 2 problems to report. Firstly, in November 2020 my dad withdrew R2100 from spin247, but due to a technicality the bank account he used had to be closed on the morning that withdrawal was processed as a result the bank did notify me that the funds were returned to sender (spin247).
I contacted spin247 via email and live chat followed all their instructions including providing bank statements proving those funds were not received, was informed that the relevant department is handling the matter, but sadly till now May 2021 my dad has not received his winning.
And now 11 days ago on my account I requested a withdrawal for R600 did not receive confirmation SMS but was informed via live chat that withdrawal was processed but till this day have not received my funds and every attempt at live chat thereafter was a failure saying no agents available or busy.

I deposited R100 and it was never credited to my spin247 account i have been trying to get in contact with them but no luck even emailed them on email@example.com. I later on deposited R50 into my spin account the money was credited with no problems but my R100 was never credited and yet the money was deducted from my bank account. I dont think I will play nor trust spin247 again since the casino is showing negative reviews.

I recently tryed to make a withdrawl 7 days ago, have sent all the required information the casino requested, after each photo I’ve sent i get a text saying contact support, when I do this ,and if and when I get threw because they always seem that no one is available I talked to Peter for about 15 minutes,then suddenly disconnect, well I was livid and fortune got peter back as support agent litterly 5 minutes later and didn’t remember our conversation at all ,then suddenly disconnected again, so the 3rd time I get ahold of support agent Peter again, and has no recollection of who I am so again I answer all the questions needed and told the same thing over again and then disconnected, I jus want my withdrawl and promise you’ll never hear from me again,thank you

I was encouraged to make a deposit (via text message, emails and pop up notifications on the website) several times. I finally did so and it took a long time for my deposit to finally be reflected in my account. I did not receive any of the match bonuses promised (ie. 200% match for first deposit nor the “up to 100 free spins”). Live support was not available and there isn’t phone support available. So in order to express my issue I would have to wait for a response via email before using any of the funds I just deposited. Then I see a pop up that read” deposit again a min $10 to receive a 100% bonus. So I’m thinking that I may not have deposited the min required to receive my bonus. Not so…my $10 deposit went through within minutes and only the $10 was matched at 100%. I decided to play regardless as that was why I was on the site to begin with. There is a limited selection of games that are all very similar. The patterns of wind and losses were so small and not consistent with my bets. So I spent hours going between $10-$50 for a balance. Very boring! I ended up logging out when I had a balance of approx $20 and went to a different site to play. The following day I logged in after receiving a text message that made an apology for having trouble with Interac deposit method. This never happened, however the message read that to compensate me for my troubles that my account had been credited $5 and in order to receive this all I had to do was log in. So I did…there wasn’t anything credited to my account and my balance displayed was $0.02???? I do not recommend playing at Spin247..there is some funny business going on and they are very deceptive in their advertising!!

I’ve done 2 phone deposits ( a few days apart as I didn’t know i was charged when the transaction failed ) each time I had to do it twice as it wouldn’t let me enter the pin code the 1st time, catch is they still charge you. I have contacted support and sent screenshots to prove it was taken outta my account twice but I was only credited once. The agent simply told me it was the wrong date and disconnected the chat before I could respond to her. It was not the wrong date and she would have clearly seen that because the 2nd time I called was 5 mins after the 1st one on the same day and it went through and credited my account. It was the 1st deposits I ever made to my account and the phone bill showed both chargers for the same day. Makes no sense to me, the 2nd time I tried to do a phone bill deposit, it did the same thing. Charged twice but only credited my account once. Support agent used the same excuse and ended the chat. Stay away from this company. I also hear that they will make whatever excuse possible to not make a withdrawal.

I deposited money into my spin 247 account, the money left my bank account but was never credited….I am glad I didn’t deposit a lot as I was still testing the system and they have failed the test….. After a lot of back and forth with their not so helpful support I’m drained and don’t think I can trust Spin247 again…. I sent a deposit in early Jan 2021. It left my bank account and was never credited to my Spin 247 account . I contacted support who advised I wait 72 hours for the payment go be returned to my bank. After 72 hours payment was not returned to me and I contacted support again who advised I should speak with my bank as it was their issue. I spoke with my bank who informed me that since Spin 247 uses “autodeposit” they have to be the ones to return my funds. I email customer support and two days ago (almost a month of missing funds) I get a reply stating I should contact online support and they will advise me what to do.. I follow these instructions and wait for customer support for 20 minutes and am told I must supply a copy of my up to date bank statement for them to go over. They want to see every transaction between the date I sent payment and today . This is rediculous. I can understand showing the payment complete with confirmation numbers going out of my account and then any incoming amounts to show it wasn’t returned but beyond that is irrelevant. Where I spend my money is none of this casinos concern. Just give me my money back already!!!

I made a deposit on 8 December and it was not credited to my account. I was given the run around and first told there’s nothing they can do I must wait. Then I was told to contact the payment provider Easyeft trying to shift the blame to them. After providing proof of payment it was confirmed that I must be refunded by Spin247 but I still haven’t received my refund. Support doesn’t reply to emails either. They try give you the run around when you attempt to withdrawal in hopes you decide to play more of your money. When chatting with live agents they constantly repeat the same process of “Your account details are incorrect. ” Yet I literally went through all of my details yesterday and today when I submitted them there, again, were incorrect details. When told to quit giving me the run around the messages are referred to as “typos” unprofessional and not worth spending your money. I have not received my winnings. I withdrew my funds and did get them however… I had to speak to 3 agents and the 3rd one told me my date of birth was incorrect however I know for a fact it was correct and took ages to get it sorted out and no other agent said so previously. Once it was dealt with i did get my withdrawal withing about 3 business days.
