I’ve been told to send bank statement been sending them left right and center but am not recieving my money its 17 long day but nothing..not even an email explaining where my money went now they are telling me to wait another 10 to 12 day how come?? I just want my money
Hi on 27 of august i withdrew money and it was processed on the 1 of September but i never recieved that money its day 10 today and am not getting any help on your support they tell me to wait please help

I withdrew my winnings on 24 August 2020 , sent them all the documentation they requested and on 3rd September 2020 i received confirmation that the withdrawal has been processed and I will receive it in 1-4 business days depending on my bank. Its now the 11th and i still have not received anything, i have contacted your support Team, a couple of times they tell me to wait its still on its way. Please advise how long it takes for one to get their winnings.
I made a deposit countless times and it declined but when I check my bank statement my money was gone now that I want refund I have told I should wait 72 hours of which I did,the 72hours passed I have not received my money back what kind of a joke is this ? I want my R250 back
I withdrew my funds and did get them however… I had to speak to 3 agents and the 3rd one told me my date of birth was incorrect however I know for a fact it was correct and took ages to get it sorted out and no other agent said so previously. Once it was dealt with i did get my withdrawal withing about 3 business days.
