I made a deposit on 8 December and it was not credited to my account. I was given the run around and first told there’s nothing they can do I must wait. Then I was told to contact the payment provider Easyeft trying to shift the blame to them. After providing proof of payment it was confirmed that I must be refunded by Spin247 but I still haven’t received my refund. Support doesn’t reply to emails either. I have referred many people to Spin247 but I regret it now. This casino has the potential to be one of the best but sadly they are letting themselves down now by messing with people’s money

When chatting with live agents they constantly repeat the same process of “Your account details are incorrect. ” Yet I literally went through all of my details yesterday and today when I submitted them there, again, were incorrect details. When told to quit giving me the run around the messages are referred to as “typos” unprofessional and not worth spending your money. I have not received my winnings. I’m guessing I have to join the line of 2 month waiting lists……

I withdrew my funds and did get them however… I had to speak to 3 agents and the 3rd one told me my date of birth was incorrect however I know for a fact it was correct and took ages to get it sorted out and no other agent said so previously.
