Send the complaint directly to the casino first. It must identify you and explain why you are complaining. Retain account records, payment information, emails, screenshots and the version of the terms that applied.
The operator must process the complaint as quickly as possible. If the matter has not been resolved within 14 days, it must tell you when you can expect a decision.
The Danish Gambling Authority is not an appeals body and cannot decide an individual dispute between a player and an operator. It nevertheless accepts information about possible regulatory problems and may investigate an operator’s general conduct or require changes to its practices.

A Danish licence concerns gambling offered to Denmark. It does not necessarily mean that the same casino brand is licensed in another country, as international operators may use different companies, domains and licences for different markets.
