Denise, it’s called “wagering requirements” and is available in all online casinos. That should prevent the casino from getting so called ‘bonus hunters’. It means that the bonus amount has to be wagered X amount of times before she’s able to withdraw any money. In your case it means that the amount of wagered money has to exceed 5k.
