I have played and won 5k with free spins. Around the 18th last month the they asked to deposit I did that. Then after I did the withdrawal I was told to wait 5 days. When I checked after 5 days they cancelled my withdrawal and when I asked them why they say it’s because my account is not fully verified. My Bitcoin account is fully verified. I am trying to verify my account, I have submitted my passport, that was fine. Then my Credit card, that was fine. Then proof of address, oh my! I Requested a withdrawal which was voided , R23000 gone because I apparently breached terms of service by making a bet of over $5 (R70) on a game while wagering for a bonus.

I deposited $480 into there casino divided into 3 deposits . The first deposit they gave me some bonus that I didn’t even want . No big deal . I played I lost . I bought in again played and lost . After depositing $50 from my credit card, I also received some bonus money. After winning in excess of $6000.00, which was clearly marked “withdrawal balance”, the withdrawals, which were within weekly limits, were reversed. 1. I deposited on 30/11/2017 75EUR (25EUR and 50EUR).
2. I asked from the Live Chat to remove all the bonuses before I play which they nicely did.
3. After I lost on my first deposit, I deposited 50EUR and again the same as point 2 occured.
