On Tuesday, October 18, I cashed out 5000.00 on Casino Classic. I was informed that they required 48 hours and that my winnings would be processed after that time. Today, it is Friday, October 21 and according to them it has now been in the “pending stage” for 63 hours.

Last night I was told it would be processed at midnight. Today I was informed that it will not be processed until Monday, October 24.

I am very upset. I have been with Casino Rewards for years and have probably spent much more than this winning. There is no excuse for this delay. I did not use a bonus and the money deposited has cleared.

can understand playing condition of x30 times for the free reward you give away. It was a nightmare joining the site and upon depositing my own first time cash. I found out that i have to play multiply 30 times your initial deposit before you could withdraw. RIDICULOUS. I lost the trust and legitimacy / honesty of the site. do not play here
