They do not allow withdrawals. Withdrawal order is delayed. when i contacted the staff there was no reply. they say contact vip manager and wait. i contacted vip manger and did not get any reply.

It took 6 hours to sign me up & aparantly I had to contact support every day for 4 days to claim my 150 free spins. So in the end I’ve lost 55 free spins I paid for and & not my fault. Not worth the drama
