I opened an account on Rembrandt casino 2,5 weeks ago. I deposited €200 and received my welcome bonus. After a couple of days sportsbetting I made about €400 profit and completed about 15% of the bonus requirements.
Then all of a sudden they have frozen my account… I did send the verification documents immediately. The support said it could take up to 48 hours to complete the review. After a couple of days I contacted the support again and the answer I get is that “they are working as hard as they can”. Until this moment my account is blocked for almost 2 weeks now and the only answer I get from support is “We are working hard on the case”.
Offcourse when they will finaly unlock my account I don’t have a chance to meet the bonus requirements meaning €700 of the €800 bankroll will be gone. (Bonus + Deposit amount must be played around 8 times within 30 days, the profit I made until this moment is also not withdrawable)
I won money there, and now they frozen my account after 2 years and they say that there is a second account. But there is no second account. And they did not come with any proof because of there privacy police. Yeah right. So they can closed any account.

The best part about Rembrandt is the new and improved sportsbook. I used to play slots and tabel games here but I found it to be average for actual casino games.
